The data controller is KIWILAND Natalia Jezierska.
The administrator collects the following data: name and surname, home address, delivery address (if different from the home address), email address, and phone number. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to purchase goods from Mullido.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Since providing personal data is voluntary, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their data.
The customer's personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the sales contract for purchased goods in Mullido, complying with tax obligations, and conducting email communication and responses, in accordance with Article 6(1) of the GDPR.
Due to the nature of Mullido's business, personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients: external courier and postal companies, accounting firms, legal services, and IT services.
By making a purchase at Mullido, the customer automatically subscribes to the newsletter. The subscription can be canceled at any time by sending an email request to unsubscribe to: hello@mullido.pl.
