RETURNS

At Mullido, you have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your purchased items to return them. If, for any reason, you decide that our clothing is not for you, you don’t even need to provide a reason for the return. Just remember that returned items must be unused and undamaged.

To withdraw from the sales agreement, please inform us via email at hello@mullido.pl. The return should be made promptly, no later than 14 calendar days from the moment you notify us of your decision to return the purchased items. Please remember to include your bank account number in your message so we can process your refund.

COMPLAINTS

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we are happy to help resolve the issue!

1. Contact us and describe the issue in detail.
2. We will respond as soon as possible and provide further instructions regarding the complaint process.
3. If your complaint is accepted, we will find the best possible solution for you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repairing it, issuing a refund, or offering another form of compensation.
