MULLIDO TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The online store operating at www.mullido.pl (hereinafter referred to as "Mullido") sells goods via the Internet.
Mullido is owned by: KIWILAND Natalia Jezierska, ul. Księżycowa 3, 01-934 Warsaw, Poland, email: hello@mullido.pl, VAT ID (NIP): 1181911408.
Customers of Mullido can be legal adults, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").
Any person placing an order at Mullido is required to read and accept these Terms & Conditions.

Using Mullido is possible provided that the Customer's IT system meets the following minimum technical requirements:
- A computer or mobile device with Internet access.
- Access to email.
- An updated web browser, such as Internet Explorer 11+, Firefox 28.0+, Chrome 32+, Opera 12.17+, or Safari 1.1+.
- Cookies and JavaScript enabled in the web browser.
All products offered by Mullido are handmade. Due to their unique nature, slight variations may occur.
Mullido makes every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions on the website accurately reflect the actual items.
All products sold by Mullido are brand new and free of defects.
Prices listed on the Mullido website are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
Product prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated separately depending on the shipping method chosen by the Customer.
If the Customer has any doubts, they should contact Mullido for additional information via email or phone (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
All size charts provided on the Mullido website should be treated as approximate, and actual product dimensions may vary by ±5%.

Orders can be placed 24/7.
To place an order, the Customer must correctly complete and submit the order form available on the Mullido website, providing the following details:
- Full name
- Shipping method
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Phone number
- For businesses: Company name, business address, VAT ID (NIP)
The order process includes the following steps:
a) Adding desired products to the shopping cart ("Add to Cart" button).
b) Entering all necessary shipping and contact information.
c) Selecting a shipping method.
d) Making the payment, which confirms the sales contract.
Before placing an order, the Customer will receive information about:
- The total product price.
- The total shipping cost.
- Any additional costs related to order fulfillment.
Orders are processed within 3 business days from the day after the order is placed. If delays occur, Mullido will notify the Customer and provide an updated delivery time.
If a product is out of stock, the Customer will be immediately informed and may:
a) Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
b) Accept partial fulfillment of the order and receive a refund for the unavailable products.
c) Agree to an extended fulfillment time.
Products featuring printed patterns may differ slightly from the images presented in the store.
Discount codes cannot be applied to already discounted items, unless otherwise stated.

The Customer must pay for their order, including shipping costs, using one of the following methods:
a) Bank transfer to Mullido's account: PL43 1160 2202 0000 0004 7782 6201.
b) BLIK mobile payment via Przelewy24.
c) Credit or debit card payment via Przelewy24.
Payment must be made within 5 business days.
If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Customers can choose from the following shipping options:
a) InPost parcel lockers – 12.99 PLN.
b) Courier service (selected by Mullido) – 14.99 PLN.
Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
In-store pickup is not available.
Mullido is not responsible for orders returned due to:
- Incorrect shipping address.
- Failure to collect the package from a designated pickup point.
- Customer unavailability at the provided address.
Orders over 399 PLN qualify for free shipping (InPost parcel lockers or courier delivery).
International shipping is available, and shipping costs are determined individually.

All products offered by Mullido are unique designs, protected by copyright.
Copying, reproducing, or replicating Mullido products is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.
All photos, texts, and graphics on the Mullido website are the property of Mullido and may not be used without permission.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. The withdrawal request must be sent via email to hello@mullido.pl before the deadline.
The 14-day period starts from the day the Customer (or a third party designated by them) receives the order.
The returned items must be sent to:

The Customer must cover the return shipping costs and ensure the package is securely packed.
Mullido will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds cover the product price only (excluding shipping costs).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
Mullido does not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.
In-person returns are not accepted.

Customers can submit complaints via:
- Registered mail to KIWILAND Natalia Jezierska, ul. Księżycowa 3, 01-934 Warsaw, Poland.
- Email to hello@mullido.pl.
Complaints regarding damaged shipments will only be considered if the issue is documented in a damage report with the courier at the time of delivery.
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 calendar days.
Customers will receive a response via email.

Matters not regulated in these Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Any disputes will first be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the court with jurisdiction over Mullido's registered office.
